The Nancy Fritsche Endowed Fund was established to honor the extraordinary life and legacy of Mrs. Nancy Fritsche, a beloved educator whose passion for learning and unwavering dedication inspired generations of students.
For Nancy, just about every moment in life was related to or could be made into a song. She often used music as a joyful teaching tool and a way to help students remember important concepts. Her classroom was a place where curiosity was nurtured, excellence was expected, and every child was encouraged to discover their unique gifts. Her influence extended far beyond academics — she shaped hearts, inspired service, and built lasting community.
The purpose of this endowment is to recruit and retain exemplary teachers, ensuring that St. Frederick High School continues to provide a superior Catholic, college preparatory education for students in our region. By investing in outstanding educators, we sustain the high standards of academic achievement, servant leadership, and spiritual formation that define our school.
Mrs. Fritsche understood that excellent teachers are the foundation of a strong education. This fund reflects her belief that by supporting those who teach, we strengthen the entire community.
