Download and complete the application or email email@example.com. Rhonda Davis will ensure the application and required documentation are complete. Once the application has been completed, you may fax it to the school (318-323-7456) or drop it off at the school at 3300 Westminster Avenue, Monroe, LA 71201.
Students accepted for enrollment will be notified by the school office.
