Download and complete the application or email the Admissions Director, Melissa Shepard at email@example.com. She will help you ensure the application and required documentation is complete. Once the application has been completed, you may email it to Melissa Shepard, fax it to 318-323-7456, or deliver it to the front office at 3300 Westminster Avenue, Monroe, LA 71201.
Once your application has been reviewed by the Admissions Director, she will assist in setting up an appointment with Principal, Dr. Carynn Wiggins for an admissions interview. The student and at least one parent must attend the interview. You can learn more about our administration by viewing our teacher directory.
Students accepted for enrollment will receive an official notification letter from S.F.H.S.
Following acceptance by the school, you will receive an email from our online tuition management system, TADS, about registering online.
