Complete the Application

Download and complete the application or email Rhonda Davis will ensure the application and required documentation are complete. Once the application has been completed, you may fax it to the school (318-323-7456) or drop it off at the school at 3300 Westminster Avenue, Monroe, LA 71201.

Once your application has been reviewed, an appointment with Principal, Dr. Carynn Wiggins for an admissions interview. The student and at least one parent must attend the interview. You can learn more about our administration by viewing our teacher directory.
