Download and complete the application or stop by the front office to get one. Our school counselor will help to ensure the application and required documentation is complete. Once the application has been completed, please deliver it to the front office at 3300 Westminster Avenue, Monroe, LA 71201.
Once your application has been reviewed by the Admission Committee, you will be notified of enrollment status. An appointment with the principal will be made for an interview with the prospective student and parent(s) or guardian(s). You can learn more about our administration and view our teacher directory.
Following acceptance, you will receive an official notification of acceptance from the school welcoming your St. Frederick Warrior!
Following acceptance by the school, you will receive an email from our online tuition management system, TADS, about registering online.
