Accident Reports
Students who are involved in an accident on campus need to report the incident immediately to a coach, teacher, staff or administrator. Claim forms are available in the front office and students must file a claim within 90 days of the injury. Also, forms for purchasing a supplemental policy were recently sent to all households. Contact the front office for more information.

Asbestos
In compliance with the Requirement of Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act, St. Frederick High has a plan for monitoring asbestos-containing building materials. The required documentation has been filed with the State of Louisiana and with the EPA, Regional Asbestos Coordinator. Copies of this documentation are on file at the school office and are available for your review.This notice is issued in compliance with 40 SFR 763.93 (8)(4).
Integrated Pest Management
Per the guidelines of Louisiana Pesticide Law, St. Frederick has implemented and maintains an Integrated Pest Management Plan. Please notify the school in writing if your child is hypersensitive to pesticides of any kind.
